Unit vision
The existence of an effective system to raise the efficiency of human resources and develop administrative work within the overall development of the College of Pharmacy.
Unit mission
The unit seeks to develop training programs for all employees of the college from the secretariat, workers and faculty members by the latest means available in training, which keep abreast of the latest developments in the work environment in order to reduce the gap between the current performance levels and the purpose of the training programs.
Objectives
1- Organizing training courses throughout the year for all employees of the faculty.
2 - Provide many training opportunities that meet the requirements of employers.
3- Cooperating with public and private sector institutions to achieve training that is compatible with labor market variables by providing continuous professional development.
4- Increasing college income by training people from outside the college.
