The Department of Pharmacognosy organized a distinguished scientific event entitled "Complementary and Alternative Medicine Day" as part of the Faculty of Pharmacy's vision to provide integrated education that combines scientific foundations with real-world applications.

This event was part of the elective course (Alternative Medicine) for fourth-year students in the "Pharm D Clinical" program, reflecting the faculty's commitment to providing a rich educational experience that connects students to their professional lives and drives them toward innovation and scientific research.

This came under the auspices of Dean of the Faculty Prof. Mustafa Fouad, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs Prof. Hatem Sarhan, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Prof. Amal Kamal, and under the supervision of Head of the Department of Pharmacognosy Prof. Ahmed Abdel Azim.
